Such a popular flavour, indulgent but surprisingly light, think sticky toffee but without the dates. 3 layers of light, soft brown sugar sponge layerered with silky smooth caramel swiss meringe butter cream and thick homemade salty caramel and toasty peacans for crunchy. This cake is finished in a pale caramel buttercream.
All cakes are decorated with macarons, piping and seasonal flowers grown with out chemicals in our garden, please ask if you are unsure of what is in season.
If you would prefer the cake not to have flowers please just let us know.
