Such a classic and a perfect treat for summer, our lemon cake has 

  3 layers of soft lemon sponge filled with silky smooth lemon swiss meringe butter cream and Tangy homemade lemon curd.  Finished in smooth lemon butter cream. 


All cakes are decorated with  macarons, piping and seasonal flowers grown with out chemicals in our garden, please ask if you are unsure of what is in season.


If you would prefer the cake not to have flowers please just let us know.

    self raising flour(wheat), margarine(Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (70%) (Rapeseed, Palm1, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.4%), Buttermilk (Milk), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acid (Citric Acid), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavourings, Vitamin A and D), caster sugar, eggs, lemon zest​, Buttercream (caster sugar, butter (milk), Egg whites, lemon zest), Lemon Curd (lemon juice, egg yolks, caster sugar, butter(milk),lemon zest) Macarons (ground almonds (nuts), egg whites, caster sugar, icing sugar,  colouring)
