Chocolate heaven, we can't find a chocolate sponge recipe to beat this one and we have tried a lot! The sponge is super soft so the over all cake is indulgent but not sickly.
3 layers of soft chocolate sponge layerered with silky smooth chocolate swiss meringe butter cream and chocolate ganache. This cake is finished in chocolate butter cream, please let us know if you would like the finished cake to be white.
All cakes are decorated with macarons, piping and seasonal flowers grown with out chemicals in our garden, please ask if you are unsure of what is in season.
If you would prefer the cake not to have flowers please just let us know.
