All the flavours of those childhood birthdays but a little bit grown up. 3 layers of light, soft vanilla sponge layerered with classic, whipped, vanilla american butter cream (sweeter than out regular swiss meringue buttercream but very nostalgic) and punchy home made raspberry jam. This cake is finished in cream coloured vanilla butter cream. This one is perfect for childrens cakes too.
All cakes are decorated with macarons, piping and seasonal flowers grown with out chemicals in our garden, please ask if you are unsure of what is in season.
If you would prefer the cake not to have flowers please just let us know.
