Meet The Team
My name is Lara, I’m the owner and ideas person along with my husband David. We started Ladyvale two years ago and love that it’s become such a happy, uplifting place to work and visit. When I’m not baking and coming up with ideas that are far too last minute I’m spending time with our two children. I’m happiest outside and love swimming in the sea, exploring Cornwall in our camper and finding of a bit of quiet time with a good book.
Connie is our newest recruit but it feels like she’s always been here. She’s a fantastic baker with heaps pf experience and great at creating new flavours and bakes. She loves hanging out with friends, Roller skating, eating out and exploring new parts of Cornwall.
Ash is a patisserie pro, she joined us after studying patisserie at Ashburton cookery school and we couldn’t do it with out her. Her eye for detail and love of all things pretty makes her the perfect Ladyvale girl. Out of work she likes to find quiet beaches and spend time near the sea.
Sarah has been with us since the beginning and is the loveliest FOH your likely to meet, she’s super organised and keeps everyone on track. She also helps us in the kitchen as she’s a pretty good baker her self. When she’s not making Ladyvale run smoothly she’s spending time with her horses and dogs, by the sea and escaping to the mountains.
